Today's guest is Gerry Cea, owner of Cafe Prima Pasta. At the age of 26, Gerry opened his doors in 1993 using his life savings of $15K. He was able to employ his whole family, who were immigrants from Argentina. In true family restaurant fashion, his father Arturo cooked in the kitchen, his mother Carla baked fresh bread and desserts, and his brother helped run the front and back of the house.
Throughout the years, countless celebrities have dined at the restaurant. Celebs like Madonna, Beyoncé, John Travolta, Christina Aguilera, and Matt Damon, just to name a few. In 2019 alone, they sold 11,031 orders of their popular Fiocchi Rapera dish.
Today in 2020 they are celebrating 27th years of providing exceptional service and a home-style Italian cuisine experience.
