Coming to America brought its own challenges and questions, including the deep question, “Where’s Dad at?” Those experiences taught Spil the importance of having the hard conversations, protecting his family, and keeping God at the center. His priorities are clear: God first, family, and respect. His faith and heritage have shaped who he is, but his relationship with Jesus has become the foundation for everything he does.
Spil’s story also carries a powerful message of hope for anyone who feels broken or believes they have gone too far. “Come as you are.” “You’re not too far gone.” “Lord, change my heart.” He believes God can meet us at rock bottom, because sometimes rock bottom is where character is built and where God takes over. “God, it’s all You!”
Above all, Spil is a protector, encourager, and servant to his family and those around him. His message is simple but powerful: Never quit. Finish strong. Celebrate the moments. Pick up your cross. Speak life. Tell people that God loves them. Because ultimately, Spil believes there is only one true way forward: God is the way, Jesus is the answer, and when we put Him at the center, He can transform even the most broken places into blessings.
