Allan Kelher is a mental health advocate, motivational speaker, and best-selling author from Saskatchewan who overcame a decades-long struggle with alcoholism, addiction, and mental health challenges. Growing up in a small town, he battled body dysmorphia and compulsive behaviors from a young age, eventually finding healing through therapy and support groups. As a husband and father of four boys, Allan is passionate about redefining masculinity and creating safe spaces for men to discuss mental health. He now speaks internationally, sharing his story and inspiring others to seek help and break the silence around mental health struggles.
