The Junkyard Love Podcast

(2) Nate Tanzman is a motivational speaker, stunt bike rider, and mental fitness enthusiast. We jump right in on an important topic to both of us as men. Change. Is there room for change in your life? Are you allowing others to make room in their life? Where can you let things breathe in your life? Nate brought his more gentle and soft demeanor to the table to express his mindset behind confidence, behind fighting depression and behind co-signing with silence. We are Millenials - we tend to think things are broken forever. Things can be fixed when you are ready. Are you showing up as the best homie you can be? Nate gives us the same hard advice he gives his closest friends, then we touch on that tough subject of judgment and... family boxing you in as a child. We talk about approaching holidays and family get-togethers as our adult grown selves, we touch on not letting people bring you back to that "old you." What changes, the bad things, or YOU when facing bad things? You're constantly in training, what are you training yourself to do? What you tell yourself is what you are. Nate is a brave lion unafraid to pull the thorns from his paw and heal from the wound out loud. He lays out his fears and plans to never look back at them. Can you work without seeing the reward? Can you prepare to be Romeo so you DESERVE Juliet when she comes along? Are you in control of your cravings and low consciousness behavior? New Year and new resolutions will require much change. This year Nate says we need to focus on physical and Mental Health when it comes to our resolutions. Now is the TIME more than ever that we all need to LEARN more about our mental and physical health and how to take care of it ourselves. Nate gives us a few solid ways to win in 2020.
1. Check your ego. 2.) Don't overcomplicate it. Just go. 3.) Accountability and Consistency 4.) Patience. 5.) Be a Scholar.
