Performance Intelligence

In this Bite Size from episode #110 helicopter crash survivor Jay Stevens explains how he was able to overcome the PTSD inflicted on him during his near fatal helicopter crash through the use of intensive EMDR therapy.

Jay also talks about how he used his family as a motivation – not wanting to pass on any of the negative psychological effects from the crash onto his young children as they grew up.
