Spring has sprung, Warm weather is on its way, science has given us a vaccine to get back to life, and America’s past time is back in one of its most important seasons EVER!
Alex Young and Alessandro Viviano return to the Productive Conversations Podcast to talk all things baseball with me and what we hope to see this summer in baseball and who we expect to see playing this October.
We break down New York baseball of course. The Yankees and Mets are both on course to have amazing seasons for our returning society. As the Mets have had a major culture change with a new owner and huge acquisitions, the Yankees are trying to finally get over the hump and the Baby Bombers can finally win a World Series for the Yankee faithful after 4 straight years of heartbreaking playoff losses.
We also discuss the other exciting teams in the league like the Padres, Dodgers, White Sox, Braves, etc. We do Over/Unders for certain teams who we expect to make an impact (both positively and negatively), we make predictions of Player Awards and Division Winners. We also discuss the looming Labor Dispute between the owners and players association which may or may not lead to a Baseball Strike this upcoming winter (for the love of God NO!), Baseball’s marketing & popularity problem. Plus we make our World Series predictions.
