The GEO Show

Welcome to The GEO Show, the briefing on Generative Engine Optimization and AI visibility. Brought to you by GEOforge.
In this episode, Paris Childress, founder of Hop AI and co-founder of GEOforge, welcomes his longtime LinkedIn Live partner Simon Young of Question Marketing for his first formal guest appearance. Simon demos the vector creative studio he built for GEOforge, and the two cover six big ideas about scaling on-brand content without the AI fingerprint.
In this episode:
  • 🎨 A creative studio that avoids the AI fingerprint
Simon built a studio on Lovable, with Claude doing the build, that makes social imagery from vectors instead of AI image generators. Images from the major AI models carry a fingerprint, and Simon wanted on-brand, consistent visuals that don't read as AI slop.
  • 🧩 Trained on the brand, not a prompt
The GEOforge studio was built from Paris's brand kit, brand voice skill, podcast repurpose workflow, logos, and brand guidelines. It turns a YouTube link or blog post into social copy in straight and edgier takes, then into branded carousels, quote cards, and graphics.
  • 📅 One blog post, 10 assets, a month of content
In Simon's live client demo, one blog post became 10 unique assets, with no two images or posts identical. He says he can produce a month of social content for a brand in a couple of hours, and that five to 10 blogs can fill a calendar.
  • 📈 How much should B2B brands post?
Simon gets 200 to 400 initial impressions per LinkedIn post across 29,700 connections and asks whether 10 posts a day would drive people away. Paris argues LinkedIn's algorithm shows less to people who stop engaging, so the smart move is to ramp up steadily and find the plateau.
  • 🎬 Why Shorts are harder than they look
Recording in 16:9 makes vertical Shorts difficult. Paris walks through how Descript now handles Studio Sound, filler removal, gap trimming, recaps, and clips for the show, and why AI credit costs push workflows toward cheaper tokens.
  • 👀 Are Shorts views worth it?
Nearly all of Paris's recent views come from Shorts, not long form. He asks who those viewers really are, and says he would take one full view of a 40-minute episode over 100 five-second doomscroll views.
