Welcome to today's YouTube for Realtors WALK AND TALK #16- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions every day and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

 

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Discovering Your Nichè Avatar (dream clients) on YouTube. I just got off of an event and it was overwhelming to see that a lot of people are interested on what I'm going to share to the stage, they even line up to have a quick chat with me. Shoutout to each of you! It's very easy for people to go blind and just tell you just be yourself. But we all knew that we can't just be ourself. I am not a real estate god who can close a lot of deals, make more business and everything about it. I am just a guy who loves to have videos uploaded on YouTube and share my insights and experiences. The niche now is who you are, who you love and what you can talk about. Own who you are and say it a lot of who you are in your videos and that is how you're gonna invite some clients and work with people that can give you more business. Blow your mind of saying 'who are you' and this is how you approach people. More to listen and information to share with you.
