- The Washington State Supreme Court rules prospective lawyers no longer must pass the bar exam to become an attorney since it “blocks marginalized groups” from practicing law and it was too difficult for “examinees of color.”

- On Friday afternoon, Governor Newsom revised CA’s 2023 job growth numbers from the currently posted 325,000 to 50,000 and half of those jobs were in the government. They are also in a $73 billion dollar deficit.
Working Hard is Not Enough
- According to a Zillow report, a household income of $59,000 a year could comfortably afford the monthly mortgage on a typical US home, but under Joey B. it has risen to over $106,000.
