With a background spanning 15 years in banking, Adam made the transition to construction in 2012, joining Hand Construction, founded in 1980 by Casey Hand. Under his leadership, the company has not only completed significant projects but has also successfully transitioned to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving employees a stake in the company and enhancing morale and commitment. Adam's mission is to ensure the company's growth while maintaining a culture of shared ownership and responsibility. The ESOP has allocated ownership to around 65 employees, including former staff, fostering a sense of pride and engagement among the team.
