गन्तव्यः मार्गः

कस्मिंश्चित् गृहे द्वौ मृद्घटौ दुग्धेन पूर्णौ आस्ताम् । प्रथमघटस्थं दुग्धं 'सुवर्णकुम्भे मां स्थापयतु इति गृहस्वामिने' अवदत् । तथैव अकरोत् स्वामी । 'उष्णीकरणं मास्तु, आतञ्चनं मास्तु' इत्यादि अवदत् प्रथमघटस्थं दुग्धम् । किन्तु मृद्घटस्थेन दुग्धेन किमपि नोक्तम् । अतः स्वामी तम् उष्णीकृत्य तस्मिन् आतञ्चनमपि कृतवान् । एतत् सर्वं दृष्ट्वा प्रथमघटस्थं दुग्धं मृद्घटस्य दुग्धस्य उपहासं करोति 'भवतः वर्णः नास्ति, रुचिः नास्ति .....’ इति । अनन्तरदिने स्वामी मृद्घटस्थस्य दुग्धस्य मथनम् अकरोत् । मथनात् आगतं नवनीतं स्वीकृत्य मन्दिरं गत्वा ईश्वरस्य अलङ्कारम् अकरोत् । दुर्गन्धपूर्णं सुवर्णकुम्भस्थं दुग्धं बहिः अक्षिपत् च ।

In a house, two clay pots were filled with milk. The milk in the first pot demanded to be placed in a golden vessel and refused heating or churning. The milk in the clay pot remained silent, allowing the owner to heat and churn it. The milk in the golden vessel mocked the other for lacking color and taste. The next day, the owner churned the milk from the clay pot, extracting fresh butter, which was used to adorn the deity in the temple. The foul-smelling milk in the golden vessel was discarded.

सम्भाषणसन्देशः इति संस्कृतमासिकपत्रिका (https://sambhashanasandesha.in) । एतस्यां पत्रिकायां प्रकाशिताः लेखाः, कथाः, बालकथाः, वार्ताः इत्यादिकं सर्वम् अपि सरलसंस्कृतेन एव प्रकाश्यते । तत्रत्याः “बालमोदिनी”नामिकाः बालकथाः अत्र प्रसार्यन्ते । अतः अस्याः शृङ्खलायाः नाम अपि “बालमोदिनी” एव । लघु गात्रं, सरला भाषा च कथानां विशेषः । प्रत्येकं कथा काञ्चित् नीतिं बोधयति । बालकथाः आबालवृद्धं सर्वेषां प्रियाः । संस्कृतेन ताः श्रोतुम् उपलब्धाः भवन्तु इति एषः प्रयत्नः श्रोतृभ्यः अवश्यं रोचेत इति विश्वासः । संस्कृतक्षेत्रे संस्कृतेन पॉड्कास्ट् क्रियमाणाः एताः प्रप्रथमाः कथाः इति सगौरवम् उद्घोष्यते ।
