During times of struggle it can be hard to ask for help, let alone retell the painful memories, but for Mark Lore he found the most strength and the will to overcome when faced with adversity. In this week’s episode of Beyond the Lines, Zoe and Mark discuss world travel, music, and combating eating disorders. In this encouraging episode of Beyond the Lines, we begin with jet-setting tales of Europe as Mark recaps his time traveling as a military dependent. The episode continues as the pair delves into the subject of self-care and overcoming eating disorders.
