From Promise to Fulfillment

In this episode of From Promise to Fulfillment, Pastor Arthur Gonçalves walks through Genesis chapter 15, where God reassures Abram and formally establishes His covenant promise. As Abram wrestles with the reality that he still has no heir, God points him to the stars and promises descendants beyond number. Abram believes the Lord, and it is counted to him as righteousness, revealing one of the clearest pictures in the Old Testament of justification by faith. The chapter culminates with God alone passing between the covenant pieces, showing that the fulfillment of His promises ultimately depends on His faithfulness. This moment points forward to Jesus Christ, the true offspring of Abraham through whom God’s covenant promises are fulfilled.
