Performance Intelligence

Would you walk away from a high paying career if it wasn’t fulfilling your purpose?
Richard Burton joins us in this bite size from episode #39 to talk about how a noisy garbage truck reversing outside his house early on a Monday morning, led to him leaving a high-paying career in property. Richard threw it all in, pursued his personal purpose, and backed himself in a new career as an executive coach.
Richard also shares how he ended up in that situation, a process that started when he was leaving high school and he got his mum to fill out his Uni application, because he was too focused on playing cricket.
