From struggling to build consistent eating habits due to overwhelm, and lack of time leaving them grabbing snacks throughout the day, to eating out of boredom, loneliness and stress!

By starting to understand more about the link between Matrescence and these behaviours, we can start to be kinder and work towards small changes.
