- Release what God didn’t assign: Let go of tasks, expectations, or pressures that drain your calling.
- Practice your “not right now”: Build the muscle of saying no without guilt or fear.
- Align with God: Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal where your boundaries need strengthening.
