Movement brings you joy you didn't know you had in you. The more you move your body the more joy you will bring into your life.

Exercise is a powerful anti-depressant and a way to boost your brain's activity to feel good.

Movement is a privilege, and it does not matter what your level of fitness is, what age you are, what physical incapacities you have, movement will bring you joy, a sense of belonging, a community.
