Todd Auten is one of the veterans of the FLW and has fished more than 150 B.A.S.S. events dating back to 1996. He has qualified for the Forrest Wood Cup several times, with a highest finish of sixth. Auten won his first tournament in 2001, a BFL on his home waters of Lake Wylie. 2003 was Auten’s most consistent season on the Tour, finishing 13th in the Angler of the Year race. Auten has also found success in the PAA tournament circuit. In 2011, he fished his way through the season to clinch the Angler of the Year title. He amassed 39 Top 20 finishes, including five second-place finishes.
