Erik & Aicila decided to be festively serious and look into the history of Christmas. It was a fun romp through Roman month long parties called Saturnalia and medieval attempts at economic justice with a Lord of Misrule leading peasants in tormenting the wealthy if they refused to share their abundance. Whatever you believe or however you celebrate, it's a time of year that has been about more than the traditions of modern America.
