As broadcast October 8, 2022 with plenty of groove and official blessing. Tonight we present a very special nearly three hour DJ mix done live in 2019 at Rumours in LA from DJ Harvey. Harvey was one of the main proponents of the house sound coming from the US in the 1980's & 90's, and in the decades since has become one of the most sought-after names in groove. It's pretty rare to get a live mix from Harvey that has his official blessing for release, but the early pandemic and lockdown changed all of that. If you're new to the sound, prepare for a true tastemaker set of disco, funk, and house that is usually a bit more slow-go than the kids like to rock. This is serious grown folks' groove.
