Forged in Ohio

Norm "The Jackhammer" Carreiro joins host Jake Murren for episode 19 of Forged in Ohio. Norm is a recently retired amateur mixed martial artist. His last fight was on February 18th at Caged Thunder 19, and he finished his career with a 7-7 record. Beyond his fighting career, he also served in the military, is involved with other sports, has experience with weight loss, and he's now involved in MMA media.
