You Can Retrain Your Brain, with ST Rappaport of LifePix University
Being aware of your mental strengths and weaknesses is paramount for success. ST Rappaport is the founder of LifePix University where she works as a brain engineer, helping rewire the brains of entrepreneurs and enabling them to accomplish their goals. There are 28 critical thinking skills that every one of us may excel at or have a weakness in, and this determines how our brain operates. Knowing your weaknesses is crucial because it allows you to exercise and improve the skills you are lacking in, or to work with other people who excel in areas that you don't. When you take the time to train your cognitive functioning and learn to utilize a new skill, or work with other people who have them, you begin to see the path to your goals with a new lens, which may be the key to unlocking growth and success in your business. Give yourself permission to ask for help, surround yourself with people who think about things differently, and take the steps you need to enhance your mind!
