She emphasizes that the brain is a muscle that we must take care of and recalls a time where she did not listen to the needs of her brain, which led to a period of being unable to read, write, or function correctly. This experience triggered her life to change dramatically and she began to take a holistic approach to health.
This experience gave birth to her program The CogniDiet and has transformed the lives of many people who have been disappointed by temporary diet programs. The CogniDiet is renowned for its proven approach to maintaining consistent personal development and weight loss even after the program has ended. Veronique says that the secret is to trick the brain.
