Terri is so impressive, she is such a leader in her space and I loved talking to her about how she has handled the challenges of 2020. Terri believes that resilience is to have grit and tenacity. To find that pure determination within you and to never give up.
Terri is a master at realistic optimism and she explains how this helps her to make the best of situations, and she suggests to just lean into change and difficulty. “Thoughts get us into a state, but remember we can control our thoughts if we are more aware” says Terri. Terri has morning routine of running and having a good breakfast a self care routine that helps her to start the on her best foot.
