“I like short term rentals so much more than I like long term rentals. I feel like they're easier to maintain. Like we touch up paint like once a year. I think we had to replace one blind one time in all of our units. But I kind of like that there's no big turns. People are happier. You get really rewarded for making the properties beautiful.”
