6. Working with Opposition

Life doesn't play out without opposition.  If you're really going to create something amazing, it has to be rubbed up against reality. Reality has obstacles. Reality includes all the wounded parts inside you who believe differently than your new vision for yourself and your life. Most of us live our life in a world of duality.

We will define duality as polarity or opposites. Opposites can feel like opposition when something is opposing you or your efforts to create something new. In the world of duality we can judge opposites or opposition as bad. But let us look closer at the nature of opposites and learn how to work with opposition rather than against it.
