In today's transmission, I talk about some cosmic messages from a bat 🦇 that showed up inside our kitchen at the barn 😉.  I also discuss how important it is to metabolize and alchemize any of the stressful, challenging or traumatic events that might have happened last year, before rushing out the gate with your 2026 goals.  Through the lens of TCM and trauma informed research, I share why giving yourself the space and grace to integrate is KEY to shifting into the new year.  Finally, I offer a 3 step process for you to get started letting go of the old, so you can bring in the gold!
