Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #36- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In todays episode I do a deep dive into how We Launched a NEW YouTube for Real Estate Agency and Why I Almost Said NO! Are you shooting YouTube videos, getting them edited and Uploading title tag description. Super consistent and things are working and getting business from it. Or is there an aspect of it just one of those that's not only making you not get as many videos out, but it might even be holding you from even getting one out. This was the question/comment concern we got from mostly from the live event.
Sometimes I look at the the the amount of work I put into the thousands of videos I shot and uploaded. And I was like, "Why isn't anybody else doing that?" Especially when I'm saying exactly what to do and how to do it. But it never dawned on me until Ryan strong, who's our newest member of our channel junkies who has a living in Hawaii channel. Who went all in on TikTok and Instagram with 50,000 followers all that and none of it worked for him. We need to structure everything out and plan all the videos. It is not just about making money and videos. It is all about helping people change their lives and after coming from our live live event, hearing it, people tearing up and hugging me, saying I changed their life. I realize it's not for the money aspect, it's for helping people. So I go into building this course. And as I'm building it out, I would get to an aspect of how I created this in Proprietary system the way that I do. This is one of the most exciting episode from title itself.
