Teams I've been on in the past, we all worked really hard to build each other up, be there for each other and back each other, support each other through good times and bad. Because the reality is, if we're constantly tearing each other down, how can we be building anything? If we're so busy just regrouping and trying to recover from being knocked down all the time, how can we grow? So today,

Support each other, be kind to each other, even if you're upset with somebody or you disagree with them. Embrace them, bring them in, say it's all right, we got this. Take the next positive step forward. That's the only way we're gonna get through any of this stuff, is if we are the positive and spread it and help each other. Build each other up and we will build something great. That's the way you do it.
