In the Ten Commandments, God gave us the law so that we would have a straight beam of morals to guide our lives. For many of us, the sixth commandment 'You shall not murder' may seem like an easy one to live out. However, in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus takes the sixth commandment a step further and tells us 'that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment.' Jesus provides a warning, while not all anger is sin; if left unchecked, all anger, whether justified or not, can easily lead to sin. In today's message, Jenn discusses how the choice is ours and how seeking forgiveness is the key to being able to obey the sixth commandment.
