VICTORY OVER THE WORLD: Conquering the Lust of the Flesh, the Lust of the Eyes, and the Pride of Life

“For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father but is of the world.”
📖 1 John 2:16, NKJV

What does it truly mean to overcome the world as a born-again believer?

In this powerful, Spirit-filled teaching from 1 John 2:16, we examine the three primary avenues through which worldly influence seeks to draw believers away from God: the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.

Through biblical exposition, spiritual insight, and practical application, we explore how Jesus Christ provides the foundation for victory, how the Holy Spirit empowers us to overcome temptation, and how faith, prayer, humility, and the Word of God establish a victorious Christian life.

Discover how to guard your heart, renew your mind, resist worldly influence, and walk in the overcoming power of Jesus Christ.
