Kirstin Hill: They went from a population of about 167 singing males in 1974, recovered all the way to being delisted from the endangered species list in 2019. Jeff Corwin: Green turtles have made an extraordinary recovery. A lot of that comes from stopping the poaching of them and also protecting beaches where they nest.
