InterVarsity World Changers

On this episode of InterVarsity World Changers, we're joined by Troy Anderson, founder and International Director of Speak Up for the Poor. And Troy and his colleagues are changing the world as they work among impoverished communities in Bangladesh. Their mission: to offer quality education and safe housing to young girls in an effort to keep them out of child marriages and sex trafficking, and to empower them to serve the poor in their own communities.

Welcome to InterVarsity World Changers and enjoy Troy’s story!

What is InterVarsity World Changers?

We all know that everyone wants to change the world. But what does it mean to be a world changer? During our time in InterVarsity, we learn that a World Changer is defined by a life committed to loving God, his Word, his people, and his purposes. Through the InterVarsity World Changers podcast, we are celebrating stories of God's world-changing work in and through alumni like you. These stories will encourage and inspire you as you join God in your context and continue your own journey as a world changer. Go change that world, Alumni!
