This title came to me on my dog walk. 
 
 It made me laugh so thought we should just use it. 
 
 I wish I had thought of it before the podcast. 
 
 But what’s does ‘Be a basic B’ mean??
 
 Normally we are told not to be basic. 
 
 But when it comes to goals. 
 
 The girl who can stick to the basics and not get distracted by all the social media, guru, ego, mentor noise… wins. 

So how do you know what your simple basics are?
