Jan. 27, 2021 Minnesota Valley Action Council is reaching out to get the word out about its Energy Assistance Program. Director Sheila Ous says many who have lost jobs or been otherwise affected by the pandemic may be eligible and are encouraged to see if they qualify for energy assistance or other programs offered by MVAC.
