Reading 1 Samuel Chapter 30

The Amalekites raid Ziklag and capture David's and all his men's families. David gets an answer from Yahweh that he will recover everything, then they find an Egyptian left behind from the raid who helps them attack the Amalekites. David and his men recover so much plunder that David is able to send gifts to town in Israel where he had stayed with his men. Read from the World English Bible.
