Hello from El Porto, California and the Americana Coast Podcast. This is your daily pep talk. You know, I'm upset with myself. It dawned on me. I haven't really included creativity and creative endeavors in the pep talks. The power of having an outlet like playing guitar, piano, drawing, painting, writing poetry, writing short stories.

Publishing something there's so many avenues right now I'm working on publishing a book based on these pep talks and living in El Porto And I'm doing it through Amazon Self publishing and it's amazingly easy affordable doesn't cost you anything other than your time and There's a feeling of accomplishment when you finish a song or a poem or a book or a painting that feeds your soul and

It's hard to explain, it creates just this positive adrenaline. So if you don't already have an avenue like that, just go buy yourself some cheap $100 guitar. It doesn't have to be anything extravagant. And just pluck away at it. You don't have to be a virtuoso. It's just a way of releasing emotion in a different manner. And the impact it can have on your mindset is extraordinary. So give it a shot. Try some creativity.
