Full transformation requires total surrender to the process, including completely releasing old aspects of yourself that are no longer serving you. NO MATTER how difficult or scary that may be!

This is the realization and more importantly the acceptance of it, that I came to recently thanks massively in part to having such a powerful mentor to be my mirror.
