David’s monarchy is in crises and God uses a group of godly men to make Solomon king. Both, the advice of David and Solomon’s wise management, help to establish his throne. Solomon begins his reign with immense wisdom, because of God’s working in his life. Solomon has asked God for wisdom to govern (2:9) and his government is now depicted. This is worth studying, especially to identify the wisdom integrated in his administration.
