Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #42- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!
In todays episode I do a deep dive into how Frustrated I am with YOU! Why are you not shooting those videos? I'm going to talk about some videos that you don't really need to upload to YouTube. If you're doing any kind of social media posts such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, and you turn that camera on and start talking about these painful things that I'm about to talk about. And I guarantee you're going to resonate with your clients. And probably you're going to get some results from it.
Between August or September of 2019 when we moved in Houston. We couldn't buy a house right away because of some reason. But as i say everything happens for a reason, a lot of things happen from renting a house to having an opportunity to buy a property of our own. Do you want to buy a house? But you can't break your contract. Here's three ways that you could possibly do it and get into a house and at anytime give me a call because we can, run through these together, right? The value add is that you're helping them exactly with their problem, and now you have somebody to reach out to. So I think if you start opening up your videos and your marketing with just answering those tough questions. That's gonna help you to start landing a lot more client. The reach outs are going to start pouring. There's so many more examples of things, but I know you've got to start talking about that kind of stuff. That's the hard stuff that we all need to know, as clients and that you real estate agents have plenty of information about. We are obviously partnered with agents all around the world.
