Show Notes

The best thing about breweries is there aren't many rules. Bring your dogs, bring your kids. We catch up again at a brewery, this time Brothers Beer Mount Eden

Cam might have the opportunity to go to a tropical island for the weekend. Mikki get's over 600 signups for Mondays Matter!

We discuss how important it is to take ultimate responsibility over the successes and failures of your business. We talk about the dangers of outsourcing things we think are hard or don't want to do ourselves when maybe we shouldn't.

We cover the topic of pricing and how difficult it is to get the price right. Business owners often price too low and take too much notice of the loudest people who complain about high prices. It's better to think about value vs price and also typically the higher price you charge the better customers you will attract as long as you can deliver on the value.

We also touch on developing a thick skin and not letting unhappy customers get you down. Do you best to keep your customer's happy but don't dwell on it too much when things go wrong.
