Visioning for 2019
On the 9th day of #InVinoFab Podmas the podcasts friends ponder with me...
Future plans, goals, and visions for what we hope to work on for 2019. It’s time to reflect on 2018 and start thinking more about what and how to prioritize our future selves before the new year creeps up on us.

On @Katie__Linder ‘s “You’ve Got This” podcast (https://katielinder.work/episode-guide/), Q&A #97 Episode: Vision Statements we were inspired to start thinking visioning what lies ahead in 2019. We borrowed a few of these questions for our #InVinoFabPodmas episode to reflect on 2018 and share what our plans are for what’s on the horizon for 2019:
  • Which of your superpowers do you want to nurture?
  • What can you develop to make you stronger, healthier to make you more focused?
  • How do you create a “flow state” for you? You can just fall into it, lose track of time, and enjoy it.
Things on our visioning list for 2019 include:
- MasterClass Online Courses https://www.masterclass.com/
- Yoga
- Hiking
- Meditation (Headspace https://www.headspace.com/
- Decluttering Desk/Work Space (KonMari method: https://konmari.com/)
- Maintain a manageable cardio & weightlifting
- Find an Accountability Buddy

What successes are you reflecting on from this past year to plan for future goals & visions for 2019? Let us know.
