This is really just such an exciting time to be in the HR space and, in particular in the HR technology space it's been an incredibly dynamic here and an exciting here and I just I feel so grateful to be a part of this. And I think it's it's it's you know it's only going to be more exciting in the year to commerce as the landscape continues to evolve and. I look forward to telling you a little bit about the role that that gloat has has to play in that evolving landscape. So gloat is an Ai powered talent marketplace and really the pioneering vendor behind this concept of an internal talent marketplace, something that we built.
So vizier our mission is to make people analytics simple like people are complex and all of the joy that comes with that sentence is complex. Our perspective is that, as a business is that the the analysis of that the use of that data to help move your business forward shouldn't be. And so what we do as an organization is look at the key business questions that are common around people who staying who's leaving mobility is a huge one diversity is a huge one, hopefully, people are aware of you know, some of the impacts of busier data has had in those places. And then we design analytic models so that an organization doesn't need to they can go from raw data from multiple different systems. In in jest all that into vizier so that they can get their answers, so you know our real
position in the world is to to help organize all of the people data that's flying around and all of these systems or the great new technologies that are evolving to help solve powerful problems and allowing the the so that questions like we support my abilities, so that diversity improves so that retention and so that's that's where we sit that's what we're passionate about.
