The theory that Charlie Kirk was killed by an explosive
placed in his wireless mic is growing in popularity.
We, the general public, don't know crap.
It would impact, it would break apart,
a large piece bounces off to go God knows where,
the little parts out, the little parts go in,
then that's the fragments, the five fragments they found,
and the reason his neck didn't blow all the pieces
because to say, oh, I shot my 30 odd six,
and that's what it did to a chunk of meat I bought
at the store, so case closed, it's not that simple.

So I'm happy to have him on, starting his YouTube off strong.
We're living in a world,
today we're exploring the human condition
of many thoughts on the same thing.
Credible people looking at a 30 odd six
going through Charlie's body,
or an exploding mic theory.
I've been in a lot of shootings,
I've killed more than a handful of people,
and this thing looked shady off the bat.
I mean, just, I've killed people
closer than I saw the camera,
and I've never seen a shirt move like that.
That looks like an explosion to me.
Credible people believing different things.
Well, I've got a credible person sitting here
across from me, he's one of my best friends
and business partner,
long time friend from the same hometown.
Do you think that Charlie Kirk was killed
with an explosive?
I think that that is a possibility, yes.
Okay, good.
And it should be explored.
He's done a lot of work on it,
John Bryan has done good work.
We're going over this in four different ways.
The first one being the exploding mic theory
as a shape charge, then as a general explosion,
and then as an accidental explosion,
and then the fourth would be if a transmitter
that was hooked on to him, what would happen?
And who better to ask than this expert here?
Matt, tell us why you're an expert.
Give me a little bit of your resume.
Well, I've been working with explosives
since I was seven years old,
and I started a company called Bonetti Explosives.
I got a degree in chemistry and a patent on a shape charge.
I've spent a lot of time in the UXO
or unexploded industry where we,
unexploded ordinance industry where we would go
and determine what ordinance could be recycled,
or if it was live, need to blow it up on site.
And then I started to help out other areas
of that industry in the oil and gas
and some of the defense with storage
and testing and procurement.
So I've been around a lot of facets
of the explosive industry,
and I've got a lot of experience with it
as well as a lot of shooting
that has nothing really to do with that,
but just that I have a lot of guns and I shoot a lot.
You've been around the block.
Yeah.
First, I'll show y'all the mic
that we're going to be talking about today.
This, as you see on screen, is underneath.
It is a bright breast, and on top of that is a magnet.
And all that magnet's doing is holding that here.
So the mic was actually under the shirt.
Under the shirt, just like this, with a magnet on top.
Now, as you could see,
the microphone's two inches by two inches on screen
and almost one inch thick.
So I'm going to show you the mic.
Almost one inch thick.
We think it was actually sitting up,
like on its side like that.
So it could have been projected out by two inches.
That's the microphone that he's going to,
he wore supposedly.
I say that because there's one other theory
we're going to explore at the end,
which is strapped around his chest,
but right now we're going with what we could obviously see.
Number one, let's just pretend it's a shape charge, right?
I guess first, before we start,
we have the trajectory as the problem
going from right to the left.
But the first, I guess, obvious question is,
being that, you know, the size,
I'll put it back on the screen
so you could see it this time.
Is there enough room in there
for the shape charges jet to even form
or even for the configuration to be made
along with what's inside the microphone?
Well, I don't know what the inner workings
of a microphone are, but that space,
there's enough to have a shape charge, yeah.
And then would it be enough to cause damage?
A shape charge that small?
Yeah, a shape charge that small would kill you dead.
And it also would blow up where it's at and put a jet out.
So if I had that thing on my chest here
and it blew up and formed a jet that went all the way across
and nicked my jugular over here,
it's gonna blow up the T-shirt.
Watch the mic, the arrows right there.
You can see an explosion.
You can see the shirt gets lifted where the mic is
and a white little plume right there
a plume of almost smoke or compressed air
comes out from underneath his shirt right there.
It's gonna blow up the T-shirt.
Not puff some dust out, but blow up.
Like if you saw the pagers that blew up those guys.
Yeah, we made a fun video on it.
Yeah, they were gruesome.
A single blasting cap to test it
against this rack of ribs from pork.
Actually, it made a hole.
Instead of one ounce is what we tried last time.
It's probably more like three grams.
So that's what we're emulating on this go round.
One.
This charge wasn't taped tightly to it.
It was just laying next to it
and it managed to cut this in half.
So let's say they were shaped charge as well
to do damage over, you know, at distance.
Well, where they initiate from is also destroyed.
And they had enough explosive in pagers
to completely mangle hands.
So there should be a gaping hole
where that thing went off.
And let's say it was tiny, like one gram.
That's still enough to blow a hole through a shirt,
through a device and make a bloody wound
where it initiated from.
As you're saying that, you've just made me think
about something that no one has proposed
when pondering this conspiracy.
Let's say they did plant this into his microphone
and it detonated correctly.
They would have known it would have charred
the right chest where it was.
And then it would have been obvious.
Hey, it was his mic.
Therefore, most likely his security team are working.
And it would have to be aiming at a crucial spot
and you'd have to time this with a bullet.
And I don't buy it.
So there is room for it to work.
Yeah, there's definitely room for it to work.
And when it worked, it'd be fairly spectacular.
It wouldn't be a powder puff under a shirt
and then neck blown out over here.
And have you made a shape charge this small?
I've made some pretty small shape charges
and I've bought them actually.
I've used shape charges down to just over a gram.
They're very small.
And they disrupt significantly where they start.
Yeah, they poke a hole at something a distance from them.
But where they detonate is significant damage.
Significant, not something a shirt is gonna contain.
Even if I'm just playing devil's advocate
or trying to run with this theory,
even if it was turned on its side, actually.
Yeah, they probably had laser identifiers
with cameras on the shape charge
and Charlie wore a Kevlar shirt that day to protect it.
Yeah, it all goes well.
I could see it.
Are you being sarcastic?
Yeah, it's a joke.
Okay, well, that was my other question was,
could it fire without sharring to the chest?
All right, you Brett mentioned something.
I mean, they could.
They could make a capsule inside there
that's titanium and super strong
and it only allows it to bulge a little bit.
And then you still have to get all the inner workings
of that thing in that space as well.
No, I don't, I don't,
I think everybody just looks for something sensationalized
on every damn thing that happens.
And the reason I say this,
because I've been on both sides of this,
I've worked in places where we can't talk
about what we're doing.
And then I go into the public realm
and I see what the public sees.
And I hear the stories
and the fanciful things they come up with.
And then on the background, it's super boring.
We just can't talk about it.
So we have to let these dumb conspiracies run.
But it's really stupid.
It's like, no, we're running weed eaters back there guys.
Cause we gotta cut the grass.
But no, it's alien technology.
There are things that warrant conspiracies.
Who did it?
Why?
All that stuff.
But this ain't one.
Well, I think that's why I wanted to show the videos
because it's, I'm with you.
And then I watch the videos
and then I'm not with you so much
because on a lot of these websites,
I mean, you can go down the rabbit hole
on the heat technology, all the slow-mo stuff.
And you're like, did I show you the, no,
let's watch this other video.
And when you look at the reenactments done online,
side by side, you can't help but notice
the way that the shirt moves,
the way that the necklace moves
and the way that the body moves are so similar.
I also have shot a lot of things.
And I can tell you that I've shot a lot of things
with the same round and the same living thing.
And they behave different.
They don't always blow the same chunk out.
Sometimes it makes a hole and the thing dies.
Sometimes it's more gruesome than others.
How much, how hydrated was it?
Was it taking a breath or was it exhaling the breath?
I don't know, the distance, the,
there's so many factors in there.
They're not all exactly the same.
They're similar, but not all exactly the same.
And if you ever look at a bullet with high-speed photography,
you know, you got the cameras with the super high speed,
you will always see a compression wave around that round,
especially something like a 30-odd six,
a eight millimeter, a 35 Remington, you know,
was it exactly a 30-odd six?
I couldn't watch it on TV and say,
oh, that's a 30-odd six from the impact.
Get out of town.
My God, there's so many rounds that are similar.
The millimeter Mauser would look like that.
But when you see that project out flying
through the air, it has a compressed wave around it
in the atmosphere.
And that's a shock wave.
You hear it as a crack when it goes over your head.
You hear the crack long before you'll hear the shot
fired from the firearm.
And so when that comes in, that compressive wave
also is hitting the target
and causing the fluffing of clothes or hair on animals.
If they're shot, you'll see the hair poof off of it.
You see birds with feathers blow off of them.
That's gonna happen with a projectile.
It's not airsoft.
It's not paintball.
I think people have gotten away from shooting things
and they don't know what it's like.
Okay, so I think you're saying to my point
when I was like, well, it's sitting here.
Why is the whole shirt coming up?
That's the, you said that.
Yeah, you have 150 grain projectile moving
at 2,700 feet per second,
coming in far above the speed of sound,
making a little wave that's gonna pop the shirt
when it hits.
I like that.
I didn't realize bullets travel back.
Well, watch it on high speed camera.
You can see it.
I could be proven wrong.
So I can say, oh, there was a microscopic shape charge
in there with a little camera
and they were waiting for it to be aiming
at just the right spot to shoot across his chest
and hit the opposite side.
And it didn't frag anything outward initiated from
and there's no sign of a jet moving across.
And we timed it with a nerd on a roof with a firearm,
you know, and we found a bullet.
Okay, maybe, but I don't believe it.
Okay, well, that was one of my questions was
the sound, you've mentioned it twice now
that they timed it with somebody pretend shooting
from somewhere, how loud would a shape charge be?
And then the next move on to is a general explosion
as a possibility.
It would be about like a gunshot.
A shape charge would, even that small.
Yeah, well, to form a jet,
you're gonna have to have a fairly brazen explosive.
It's gonna have to be moving at 20,000 feet per second ish.
Okay.
One to cut through flesh,
you could use a little bit slower, but still,
let's say 15,000 feet per second.
A bullet moves at about 2,700 feet per second.
So what I'm getting at is you're not gonna use
a little poof of black powder to make a jet in this thing.
It's gonna be a high explosive.
It's gonna have a crack.
It's gonna have a pop that's gonna be very audible.
Okay, so in that theory,
you didn't need the guy on the gun
or on the rooftop making the fake sound.
But didn't they find a bullet?
They found, actually, I love that you asked that question.
They recovered a bullet jacket fragment
and reportedly up to five fragments total
from Kirk's body at autopsy, not one intact bullet.
What was lodged was the jacket, not a whole round,
and it was too damaged to match to a specific firearm.
The key wrinkle your guests will care about,
the ATF comparison to Robinson's Mauser 30-odd six
back inconclusive, meaning they couldn't confirm
the rifle fired it, but also couldn't rule it out.
Forensic experts quoted, say, inconclusive,
it's common with a damaged fragment
and doesn't exonerate anyone,
but the defense have spotlighted it
as the bullet doesn't match.
Where'd the bullet come from?
It doesn't match.
Why do they call it a Mauser?
Every Mauser I know of is Mauser's German,
like eight millimeter Mauser.
Like 30-odd six is generally an American caliber.
That would be like a Springfield 30-odd six,
which is a World War I and World War II rifle,
and a Mauser K98 Mausers were World War II Germans,
but they fired eight millimeter Mauser.
So why are we mixing Mauser and 30-odd six?
I guess if his grandpa was a really firearm aficionado
and he had a Mauser chambered in 30-odd six,
it might be that he also loaded his own ammo for it.
And if it was an old rifle,
he might load low power at 30-odd six
because the bolts did sometimes were weaker,
the chamber was weaker.
Like I said, I'm loading low power 30-odd six
for that very reason.
If some doofus came in there and stole my rifle
and stole that ammo and shot somebody with it,
it's not gonna behave like a hunting round from Walmart.
I got you, I'm following you.
You've cracked the case, Matt.
You've cracked the case.
I'm just saying there's things you gotta look at.
Or Tyler's guilty after all.
No, I'm kidding, but I'm following you.
Which is saying that if his grandpa,
he probably loaded those bullets
and that's why they're so janky.
Okay, also relevant,
I'm just gonna read this all real quick.
Also relevant to the Mike Theory discussion,
Kirk security chief said the autopsy showed no exit wound
and the projectile fragmented on hitting the spine,
which is the why is it fatal heavy bleeding explanation
is inconsistent with the bullet
and not an exploding Mike.
Consistent, not inconsistent.
And if it's just the jacket, think about this,
the projectile could hit the neck,
the jacket separate, cause what you need to do
to cause death, but then the majority of the projectile
keep moving, which would explain why a lot of the energy
blew out and not in.
It wasn't a direct hit to center mass of the neck.
The way you said the energy blew out, not in.
So what I'm saying is if a projectile hits right here
and then separates from the jacket
and the jacket decides to take a left turn
and go into my neck and into my spine
and cause fatal bleeding while the remainder
of the projectile goes out this way.
Now a lot of that energy is not here,
blowing my neck apart like that meat explained.
It just makes a hole as the rest of it goes out
because the energy wasn't completely dumped into the neck.
The projectile continued to go.
Only the jacket of it went in.
Okay, so on that, it's hard for me to picture.
I mean, I know what a bullet is,
just that tiny projectile.
Yeah, but ideally you want all of that
to stay in the target.
You don't want it to go through.
You want to hit that target and all stay in there
and dump all that kinetic energy into your target.
But somehow the bullet was separating for that.
Yeah, cause they do that sometime.
Not before, but upon impact.
A janky one that you might've reloaded yourself.
Well, kidding.
Maybe, but if you ever watch high speed footage
of bimetal bullet projectiles striking targets,
they start to separate quickly.
Impact of anything.
When they shoot the ballistic joke.
I have watched the, yeah, I'm like, yes,
I've not only have I watched it guys,
I have filmed it.
And when you do it, it's not easy.
Goes in and curves and goes all weird angles
and puts that energy all over the place.
It's never exactly the same thing.
While conspiracy theorists insist no 30 odd six
could possibly behave this way,
the round blasted into Charlie Kirk's neck,
crushed his vertebra and ricocheted downward
toward his heart, only to be stopped dead
by his legendary Superman neck
of super dense steel-like bone.
It created no exit wound and lodged harmlessly
just beneath the skin, which experts hailed
as a miracle that saved the bystanders
standing behind him.
Up on the rooftop, Tyler Robinson
didn't just break down his rifle.
He shredded it apart in a ridiculous hyper speed blur
using nothing but his bare hands.
Then he sprinted across the roof
and launched himself off the edge
with expert parkour precision.
Tyler made the conscious expert decision
to reassemble his rifle one last time
and place it under a tree in a bush.
He then changed back into his blue jeans
and maroon t-shirt in hyperspeed.
And that he did, he went and got ice cream.
And I want some ice cream.
Any thoughts on that?
Well, they look like a bunch of AI stuff.
It said it penetrated, busted his vertebrae
and then started down towards his heart,
but then was stopped, but it wasn't.
There was a fragment of it.
There was a fragment of the projectile,
not the whole projectile.
Big difference.
So where are the other parts?
So you're basically saying-
That's why his neck didn't explode
like that ball of meat that guy was demonstrating.
Okay, I guess to get this clear then,
you got a bullet, right?
It's flying at me.
You're saying it already broke apart before impact?
No, it would impact, it would break apart.
A large piece bounces off to go God knows where.
The little parts out, the little parts go in.
Then that's the fragments, the five fragments they found.
And the reason his neck didn't blow all the pieces
because all the kinetic energy
didn't get dumped in his neck, part of it left.
Where's the exit loan?
That's the question.
The whole thing, that's why it didn't blow his neck apart.
It hit on the side and part deflected and went in
and part goes out.
So in that chunk of gore, the blood part,
there's a lot happening there.
The majority of the bullet is actually not going in him,
missing him and only some of it fragmented.
I just find it hard to believe
that his soft organic body though ripped a bullet
to different pieces.
It's water.
Doesn't it happen?
Mostly water, do you ever done a belly flop?
Yes.
Okay, how does that feel?
So you're saying it hurt that bullet,
same way it hurt me.
It tore that bullet apart.
Shoot, water, bullets blow up.
Why do you think they use ballistic gel?
When they hit, it's supposed to simulate flesh
and they fly apart in there.
If they're designed to fly apart,
full metal jacket generally won't.
But a bimetal or a soft tip or hollow point, they will.
It was a full metal.
It was full metal?
Well, I don't want to get it mixed up with the grain.
This is where I raise my girl flag at.
I don't even know and I don't care about the difference.
Well, it's a big deal.
If it was full metal jacket,
I find it odd that it would blow to pieces.
But if it was a soft point, like a soft tip, yeah.

Number two.
Okay, so now we're onto the general explosion.
Could an explosion the size
throw the printed circuit board
and battery with lethal force?
Let's just say it's a general explosion.
It's not a shape charge anymore.
So if it detonated as a general explosion,
so we just discussed the shape charge
being the perfect bullet.
Now we're talking 360 explosion.
How does that change things?
Could it have, well, the first question is,
could it have thrown that circuit board
out of the, that we know could have been a big piece
of the microphone if it were to be?
Yeah.
Oh yeah, I could have thrown it out and cut his neck.
And then if it did that, and we're just talking about 360,
there'd be frag all over the place and through the shirt
and that little magnet would have gone flying.
There'd be an actual explosion over here.
That's the other, so that's the problem.
I guess that's the problem that most people can't hear of.
Cause as I'm walking through the logistics.
No, people don't know about blowing anything up.
I see Hollywood, they, I have people tell me,
can you blow this house up?
I'm like, yeah, you like your neighbors right there?
Cause if I blow this house up, the neighbors going too.
And I'll be blowing something like,
can we watch from right here?
No, you can't watch from right here.
It doesn't work like that.
When you work with high explosives,
you got to take cover.
It's a very nasty thing.
And people think you can,
I've seen idiots like fireworks in a house.
Okay. Yeah.
Oh, I mean, I wanted, I liked this theory.
I'm not gonna lie, but my next question was,
why was it only, why was the projectile only on the neck?
Why didn't we see burns or anything on the irony
as he's wearing a white shirt
and we didn't see any of that after it happened.
Meaning there was no black, no blood.
There's no flash.
There's no rupture of a fabric shirt with an explosion.
Now I am curious.
Look, I don't want to, I don't want to come across cocky
saying I know it all.
I don't, I don't, but I am curious
about the white poof that was underneath there.
To me that, that begs the question.
You know, was there a powder in there
that when, when the shockwave hit it fluffed it,
did he have a deodorant on there?
Was there starch in there?
I don't know.
You know, it's odd.
I'm happy we won you over on one thing.
Matt and I obviously talk about this a lot off camera.
I'm just, I'm looking for the truth too.
I don't know, but I'm just giving you my opinion
on what I think.
You show me evidence contrary to it.
Then, okay, you know, you got to accept it.
Something looks weird about that powder puff.
Yeah.
And we're not going to go through all the videos
on the internet today,
but there are some from like heat mapped videos
from behind and actually I'll be honest,
I'm not showing it because I couldn't really tell.
And it's just like, it's super zoomed in
and it's slowed down frame by frame.
But what they're showing you is that poof from behind
just coming out this way.
But for me, it wasn't even compelling enough
to move me to show the audience.
I just think it's a piss poor way to assassinate somebody
and put a tiny little shape charge
that any angle is going to change where it's aiming.
Even if you contain the origination point of it
to where it wouldn't frag them out,
but just make a jet versus putting in it.
But see, that's the thing.
The conspiracy will be, well,
if you put a charge big enough to be like the pager bombs,
it's very obvious that his equipment was tampered with
and, you know, blown up.
And then the, the very clear thing to do here would be
who, or a question to ask is who got a hold of that?
Mike, all this stuff is kept for evidence.
So who has it?
Right. Oh, well, great question.
Great. Well, the great question
that a lot of this hasn't been answered.
Hopefully it'll come out.
If there is a trial, it'll come out in the trial.
That was my next question, which was,
is it possible for a general explosion
to travel it directionally?
Like you were just, I mean, so normally you blow up stuff.
It's a 360 of, but in this case,
it could have, something could have been off.
You say yes.
I kind of think that's kind of ridiculous.
We blow up stuff and without that directional,
like I've seen you mold things to go a certain way,
tape things to go a certain way,
but this is now, this is just our general explosion scenario,
not a shape charge.
How would it detonate on his chest,
throw frag into his neck?
I guess that's the question.
Is it possible that it threw frag into the neck,
but then somehow didn't damage his chest?
Not his shirt, not his chest, not his neck, nowhere else.
Is it possible?
No, I don't think so.
I mean, it's possible that a piece
from a general explosion could cut him up,
but if it was that, then there would be multiples.
Yeah.
All right.
I mean, I got a little experience with this.
I've had about a gram, if even that,
go off in my hand before and part of my finger
was on the ceiling.
I smelled something rotting and it was chunks
on my finger the next few days in my bookshelf
across the room and there was holes in a wooden desk
and that was a tiny amount of explosive.
So I have no pun intended, first-hand experience
being blown up.
Show them your scar while the cat is butts in the camera,
but do you think, well, show a point to it
so they know what part of your hand is reconfigured.
All right.
I saw my thumb right there.
This is Gracie.

And by the way, that tiny explosion that I can't believe it,
but this is like the best experiment, right?
It blew myself up.
That tiny, tiny amount of explosive put a chunk of copper
into the bone of my skull between my eyes.
It had a piece of copper about the size of a penny
almost come out the backside of my fat hand right here,
carved off all of my thumb, scooped out the inside
of my middle finger and completely buggered up
the inside of the ring finger.
So to the point that I could see bone
and ligament and tendon.
And that was an extremely small amount of explosive.
We're talking less than a gram.
I feel like that's the rest, that rests the case then.
Sorry guys, with the exploding my theory, all of that.
Yeah, I blew myself up for this guys.
I can tell you what less than a gram of explosive
does to flesh.
Janine, you explosives are messy.
That gets, that sounds really messy.
On human body, it's very messy.
Soft organic material body.
Crap flew everywhere, literally.
It's like popping a water balloon.
Number three.
Okay, third part.
Let's just say an accident happened that day
and it just exploded.
And no one's, this is actually something
that people have also brought in up.
What, the lithium battery?
Yes, is that the battery would rupture.
Was he, was he hiding a battery on his neck?
Okay, well that was the question.
What if it, would it produce a wound like we saw?
If the battery erupted, and this was an accident
and road is paved everybody off.
Where is the battery?
The battery's still in the same spot.
It's under, it's under his right chest on his T-shirt.
So a thermal runaway happens with a,
with a lithium battery right here
and this side of his neck blows up.

That was, well, that's why at the top I was like,
I have a problem with the trajectory,
which is why I played that guy doing this.
No smoke, go watch a video of lithium batteries going off.
Like fireworks.
So that one's also crossed out.
Yeah.
So right now, I've got to bring,
number four.
Okay, so this will take us to the last,
not to be confused,
is that we've all just now been discussing
the road mic on the camera.
Now we're going to go to the idea
that some people has discussed,
well, what if it was strapped underneath his chest?
Candace Owens released a bunch of never before seen photos
from inside the SUV that transported
Charlie Kirk's body to the hospital.
While people believe that this photo clearly proves
that there's evidence of an exploded mic,
no one can figure out what this is.
Here's a closer look.
I plugged it into chat GPT
and it guessed that it would be some sort of burn
synthetic material or foam like polyester or nylon,
which is interesting because I've seen people online
wondering if Charlie was wearing a wireless transmitter pouch
under his shirt that day,
which just happens to be made with foam padding
and nylon and spandex
and can also clip on to a chest strap,
which it looks like from this photo,
Charlie was wearing that day.
A beige pouch, a black strap absolutely can be used together
and you would want a beige pouch
so that you couldn't see it through the white shirt.
And the material used in that pouch,
when exposed to fire,
tend to melt, shrink and harden
into glossy black or brown blobs
rather than turning to ash,
which you could say this looks like.
You see that black dot on his shirt?
Yeah.
What are your thoughts on that?
Well, a couple of things came to mind.
One, if you were trying to pull this off,
there's any time you try to do something,
I don't put this like it's got to work.
You want to cut down on the number of weak links.
It sounds like a very complicated,
the theory is, the conspiracy is
that there was this special explosive device
that would be set up to not look like an explosive,
not disrupt anything.
Like a perfect jet go into his neck from across his body
without disrupting the point of initiation at all
and make this look like a gunshot.
Seriously, putting poison in his drink
would have been so much easier
than doing this theatrical thing
that so many points could go wrong.
Like it's difficult enough,
even though it's totally doable to make a shot.

did he rub it in an oil so it would function, you know,
smoother?
Did he treat it in some way
that somehow made it have a lower velocity
so the bullet actually gets stuck?
If you're gonna be in a court of law,
you have to explore all of this.

and that's what it did to a chunk of meat
