Three Key Thoughts
  1. Self-talk can be negative, neutral, or positive.
  2. When you’ve got 5 minutes, ask yourself “What do I need to do to rejuvenate myself right now?”
  3. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) tells us that you can change anything in an instant or even quicker than that. That’s the power of the mind, and self-talk is key in that.
