The Rogue Dad Podcast

This episode is all about building confidence & self worth in our kids. It’s easy to get mad, but you have to understand, you’re not just yelling at the situation. You are programming the way your child’s brain will process & deal with life. Allowing them to solve problems and figure things out is a huge part in raising a child that believes in theirselves. Ignoring or always yelling at our kids makes it virtually impossible to instill confidence in them. Some times we forget what it’s like to be a kid. We forget how hard life can be. But imagine how much harder it is when the people that brought you into the world, don’t care enough to take the time to make sure you believe in yourself. In a time when people, strangers have no problem pointing out your mistakes or flaws on social media outlets, it’s even more important for us parents to raise little humans that think the possibilities are endless.

What is The Rogue Dad Podcast?

As a guy that came to fatherhood later in life I know there is going to be moments in my daughters life that I won't be around. This podcast is my way of being there for my daughter even if I'm not physically there. Like a journal filled with advice, stories and conversations with friends and family that she can also go back to if she needs me.
