Our Co-host Amanda Mercer uses her expertise as an elite Ironman Triathlete and personal trainer and holistic health coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in biology. With over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, Amanda also is a START (R) Fitness Master INSTRUCTOR, Mad Dogg Athletics Star 3 SPINNING ® instructor,  Lebert Fitness Master Trainer, a Hyperwear (R) Level 1 Sandbell Instructor and a TABATA Bootcamp (TM) Instructor. She has personally coached and instructed hundreds of people, helping them reach their health and fitness goals through an emphasis on wellness. In 2016, she started THRIVEfitt, a studio which focuses on a holistic approach to performance training, health and wellness.  Her mission is to coach people to thrive, in all areas of health, that they may not only be physically fit, but also have complete wellness, leading strong lives with strong bodies.
