Yannis Moati is the Founder and CEO of HotelsByDay. His company offers flexibility and on-demand comfort to customers looking for daytime spaces that include all the amenities of an elegant hotel allowing them the opportunity to relax, recharge, and be productive wherever they are. Yannis shares how his work as a travel agent and tour operator allowed him insight into what customers were looking for in their hotel stays, and how this influenced the launch of his company. Yannis says that even from a young age, he was enamoured with creatively constructing things and is always looking for ways to reinvent the wheel. His ideas are fascinating as he explains how he relates avocados to startups and shares his three secret ingredients to the winning recipe of a promising startup.
