The Mindfulness Monday Podcast

This week, host Carly goes on a journey through the transformative practice of mindfulness, with the insightful Jane Asay, a therapist and Behavioral Health Director. Together, they explore how mindfulness extends beyond clinical anxiety management and into the fabric of our daily interactions, fostering connections that enrich both our personal and professional lives. Jane imparts practical wisdom on integrating mindfulness into routine activities, like eating, to elevate our everyday experiences. Listen in as they work to dismantle the myth that mindfulness is a distant, time-consuming practice and instead, champion it as a powerful, accessible tool for all.

Discover the value of being present amidst life's unavoidable turbulence and the societal push for constant productivity. We share beginner-friendly tips, such as meditation apps and mindful eating, to help you embark on your mindfulness journey.
