Real Estate will not be the party pooper this time around. Its sounds like Corporate America, the Auto Industry, and Gas/Oil might be in trouble? We are also heading into an election year..... What does that mean? Absolutely nothing for the economy based on historical data. What will happened after the 2020 Presidential Election, who knows?? 

We know that in the housing industry we have strong demand, low inventory, and great rates. Unemployment is also way down which follows the divorce rate. 

The Boomer Generation is tired of going to "hotel" style living facilities and would like to stay in their own space. We know that we need more starter home and smaller home construction to fill these demands.... Will someone make it happen?? Time will tell when land is at a premium. The only way I see this coming to fruition is by offering a tax break to large builders. This will take the pressure off of the inventory shortage we are going through.
